Jonathan is Vice President and lead researcher at Housing and Development Advisors (HDA), a consulting firm that provides affordable housing policy, development, and planning expertise to localities and nonprofits. In his role, he collects, analyzes, and presents data to tell stories about housing across the commonwealth. His research work includes inclusionary zoning, community land trusts, manufactured housing, and evictions. He is a Richmond native and earned a Masters in Urban and Regional Planning from Virginia Commonwealth University, where he teaches an undergraduate planning course. Jonathan also serves as president of the Robinson Street Association.
