Chessa Faulkner has been with Kimley-Horn and Associates for 14 years and specializes in the area of traffic engineering and transportation planning. For the last 6 years she has partnered with VDOT on a variety of efforts such as, conducting over 80 roadway safety audits across the state of Virginia, completing studies to increase the statewide speed limit to 70 MPH, and leading various long-range corridor planning studies in the Richmond Metro area. Chessa earned her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Nebraska and her masters from Michigan State University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Virginia.
