Katherine Youngbluth is Commercial Specialist in the Arlington County Economic Development Department. Before moving to Economic Development in the Summer of 2014, Katherine built the $29 million Crystal City Complete Street Program. As the Program Manager, she lead interdisciplinary technical teams through the design and construction processes. She is an expert in delivering and financing multimodal street projects on time and under budget and has delivered $13 million of federally, state and locally funded transportation improvement projects on the County's behalf. Katherine holds a Masters in Urban and Regional Planning from Virginia Tech and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners.
